Rates
The Cottage is rented as self-catering on a per night for the unit basis (minimum 2 nights stay). It can accommodate a maximum of FOUR people.
The Nes is rented as self-catering on a per night for the unit basis (minimum 2 nights stay). It can accommodate a maximum of TWO people. A young child with own cot can be accommodated in the Nes.
One small pet by arrangement only, but please note that there is no fencing around the property.
Kindly note - smoking is not permitted inside the premises.

Standard Rate
For bookings of two nights or longer, the rate is :-
R 1200 per night for the Cottage
R 800 per night for the Nes
Extended Stay
For bookings longer than five nights, the rate is :-
R 1000 per night for the Cottage
High Season
For the period 15th December to 3rd January, the minimum stay is 7 nights, and the rates are fixed at the "Standard Rate".
Terms
50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable on or before arrival. Credit card facilities are available.

Refunds :- Cancellations 3 months in advance will be fully refunded, 6 weeks in advance with receive a 50% refund, up to one week in advance with receive a 25% refund, while no refunds will be given for cancellations with less than a week to occupation.
